Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind Returns (Optional)

Change-of-mind returns: 

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition (unless faulty)

Include all packaging/accessories if applicable

You must contact us first for return instructions

How to Request a Return

Email info@australianheritageknives.com with:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos (if faulty or damaged)

We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty: return shipping is handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind: return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty / Faults

If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right. Send photos and a clear description of the issue.
