Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Signature / Safe Delivery

For age-restricted products, we may use signature on delivery or similar safe-delivery methods where available. If you request authority-to-leave, you accept responsibility once the carrier marks the parcel delivered.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may need to cover re-shipping costs.
