Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

age verification is not satisfied

information provided is incomplete or appears fraudulent

there is a pricing or stock error

If we cancel an order after payment, a refund will be issued.

Pricing & Product Information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. If an error occurs, we may correct it and/or cancel the order and refund you.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk passes to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Australian Heritage Knives is not liable for misuse of products or for failure to comply with local laws. Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
